My Top 3 Hi! Protein Smoothie Recipes


I’ve been pretty busy lately, especially with it currently being Fashion Month, so I’ve mostly  been reaching for protein smoothies for breakfast. Sometimes I go for a simple banana, blueberry blend but I’ve started adding a new ingredient which has really changed my smoothie game.

The protein I’ve been using is Human Improvement (hi! for short). It’s super clean and made of cricket protein that is so much easier to digest which means no bloating. This protein is also filled with iron, fiber, Vitamin B12, and prebiotics so you don’t have to add more powders to your drink- this little packet is an all-in-one product! 

Follow the recipes below for easy, clean and healthy smoothies, perfect for every morning. All made with their Vanilla protein powder.

Recipe 1: Super Green Dream


  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1-inch chunk of fresh ginger (peel off skin)
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp moringa
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla hi!

Recipe 3: Banana Oat Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla hi!
